Story Preview: California Wildfires

As wildfires scorch California, some say the state isn’t doing enough to thin dense forests. These forests are already susceptible to fires because of the large number of dead trees after the drought. We spoke to the National Forest Service, a lumberjack and an environmental group about the best way to limit fires and protect the environment. There was significant disagreement.
